Hulu’s ‘The Circle’ Revival Sets SiriusXM’s Tinx as Host (EXCLUSIVE)
Creator, author and SiriusXM host Tinx (real name: Christina Najjar) has been tapped to host the revival of reality competition series “The Circle” as it premieres next month on Hulu.
“The Circle” previously aired for seven seasons on Netflix, where it was hosted by comedian Michelle Buteau. As the series moves to Hulu (and Hulu on Disney+ for bundle subscribers), the host switch to Tinx is just one of the changes that viewers will see.
As “The Circle” premieres Nov. 17, celebrity contestants will be added, while audience voting will also take place for the first time in the U.S. “The Circle” will air three new episodes every week, on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays for five weeks, leading to a season finale on Friday, Dec. 18.

Here’s the logline for the revival: “Reimagined as a fast-turnaround social experiment, Hulu’s ‘The Circle’ brings together everyday players and celebrities to compete side by side in a game of popularity where identity is ever-changing, and anyone can be anyone. Filmed in real time, the series gives viewers exclusive access as twists and player ratings unfold, with audience votes shaping the game. This fresh take supercharges the original’s signature mix of strategy and deception into an addictive experience built for today’s always-on audience.”
The series’ original conceit featured contestants living in different apartments and isolated from the outside world — and able to communicate through a social media platform dubbed “The Circle.” Over time, players were blocked until just one remained and won.
Tinx hosts the live SiriusXM call-in show “It’s Me, Tinx,” which premiered in 2022. The following year she wrote the book “The Shift: Change Your Perspective, Not Yourself,” which hit the New York Times bestseller list. In 2025, she released the fiction novel “Hotter in the Hamptons”; both books are currently in development for TV adaptations with Tinx as an EP on both.
“The Circle” is produced by Studio Lambert, with Omaha Productions and Motion Entertainment. Executive producers include Tim Harcourt, Jack Burgess, Niall O’Driscoll and Stephen Lambert for Studio Lambert; Peyton Manning, Jamie Horowitz and Colin Campbell for Omaha Productions; and Martin Oxley and Chet Fenster for Motion Entertainment. Susan House is showrunner, while All3Media International handles international format and tape sales for “The Circle.”
Tinx is repped by WME, 3 Arts Entertainment and Paul Hastings LLP.
