Get 25 Percent Off My Favorite Renter-Friendly Storage Lockers
Many of us on the Reviews team are fans of Mustard Made. The company is known for its flat-pack storage lockers, which are both gorgeous and spendy. They rarely go on sale, but from now through November 11, you can get 25 percent off site-wide. This includes the popular storage lockers as well as other cabinets, shelves, and organizational products.
I’m a big fan of The Lowdown, a locker specifically designed to be an entertainment center thanks to cutouts for wires on the back panel. I currently have my record player sitting on top with its speakers, and my records and other entertainment accessories stored inside. It was pretty easy to put together and looks great in my living room. I get a lot of compliments on it. And when I moved and lost some of the hardware, customer service sent me replacements for free. (Your mileage may vary regarding the same situation, but I appreciated the quick-and-easy problem-solving experience.)

WIRED senior Gear editor Julian Chokkattu is also a fan of the locker system for his work-from-home setup. They look fantastic, the doors snap shut, and they come with keys so you can lock up if needed. They’re available in a wide range of styles, from tall and skinny like you had in high school to short and squat. I plan to get another to store my shoes and coats. They’re especially nice for renters who need apartment-friendly storage, and I like that they’re magnetic too. While assembly took a bit of time, there were helpful video instructions online, which meant I could avoid puzzling over the printed paper instructions. Mustard Made’s storage lockers come in 12 colors, but what’s available seems to be shifting as inventory moves.
