Berlanti Productions Promotes Liam Driscoll to Creative Executive (EXCLUSIVE)
Berlanti Productions has promoted Liam Driscoll to the role of creative executive, Variety has learned exclusively.
Driscoll began his time at Berlanti Productions as Greg Berlanti’s assistant but will now be working across both film and TV. He also previously worked in the mailroom at Anonymous Content.
“Liam’s hard work, intelligence, and sharp instincts have been invaluable to us and the company,” said Berlanti and Sarah Schechter. “He has great taste, hustle and his passion and deep respect for storytellers and their visions will be instrumental in bringing new projects to both the film and tv departments and we are so excited to watch him succeed in his new position as Creative Executive at what will be the start of an incredibly successful career.”
In his new role, Driscoll will be tasked with bringing both film and TV projects into Berlanti Productions and Berlanti Schechter Films, having recently worked with Berlanti as he set up the company’s slate across a variety of platforms.

“This is such an exciting time to be at the company,” Driscoll said. “There could be no better education in this business than working for Greg and Sarah. Their integrity and fierce advocacy for creatives is something I learn from each day. It’s a dream to work across projects that champion new exciting voices, while at the same time helping build the kind of classic shows and films that made me fall in love with this industry in the first place.”
Berlanti Productions is currently under an overall TV deal at Warner Bros. Television, where the company has been based for the past 15 years. Their current slates includes upcoming shows like “Afterlife with Archie” at Disney+, “Scooby-Doo: Origins” at Netflix, “How to Survive Without Me” at HBO Max, and “Stillwater” at Amazon Prime Video.
