This Company Is Paying You To Play GTA 6, But It’s A Long Shot
A company, Virgin Media, has announced a promotional campaign where one lucky person will get paid to play GTA 6.
The promotion, which is limited to Ireland, requires people to explain in 100-200 words on this contest site why they deserve to get paid to play GTA 6. Virgin Media will then select a winner, and if that's you, Virgin Media will get you a copy of the game and your only requirement is to play it for eight hours and post a review on Instagram or TikTok, tagging Virgin Media and disclosing that it's a paid ad.
Virgin Media is paying €100/hour ($111 USD), so that works out to €800 ($891 USD) for the full session.
"We will buy the game, and let you split those eight hours across the week however suits," Virgin Media said.
Applications close on November 15, and Virgin Media will pick the winner by random and contact them within seven days.
You can visit the contest site to learn more, and see the full terms and conditions here. One thing to note is that Virgin Media will pay for the game's $100 Ultimate Edition, but you need to have a PS5 or Xbox Series X|S to play it on.
GTA 6 releases on November 19 for PS5 and Xbox Series X|S. The game's massive file size has been revealed.
